All those associated with Hi-Res 3D (HR3D) understand that we have two things to consider when the issue of privacy is discussed.

1) Personal privacy and the personal data that we collect. (Name, Phone Number, Email, Address, Credit Card Data, etc)

2) Intellectual property in the form of designs of new products that are not on the market yet.

Personal Privacy

The technologies used to develop this site are all state of the art. We have chosen to use the best products that we think are available. We will ask you to re-enter credit card info each time you use the site. We will not store the credit card data. All other personal information is stored in a secure database behind firewalls. We will never share that data with anyone unless instructed by you. The data is being collected solely to process jobs that we receive and to get you the highest quality parts available as fast as possible.

When we send any information in the form of a Newsletter we will ALWAYS include an “opt out” option.

Intellectual Property (IP)

We understand that the product designs that you entrust us with are likely R&D efforts and are to be considered confidential. We take our commitment to keep your IP secure VERY seriously.
